TEAM OF STRANGERS “The Student Project”

Strangers passionately unite and experience the ultimate effect of Cause & Commerce

TEAM OF STRANGERS is a giving effort built on collaboration, innovation and consciousness. The beauty of the collaboration is its
inspiration . . . focus on what we can give, not what we need. The culmination is how much everyone will ultimately receive.

“The Wedding Project” was the TEAM OF STRANGERS first endeavor and paved the way for young entrepreneurs to launch “The Student Project,” bringing together today’s professionals with tomorrow’s business owners. Sponsored by In True Fashion, an apprenticeship program founded on cause, commerce & consciousness, in partnership with Network for Teaching Entrepreneurship (NFTE), a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, “The Student Project” begins its journey.

As leaders of “The Student Project” Kalief Rollins, Anthony Rollins Jr. and William Renfroe, three passionate young entrepreneurs with shared ambitions have joined together to foster student businesses by providing access to a team of dedicated business professionals, committed mentors and a wealth of resources, bridging the gap between students from low-income communities and sophisticated, successful leaders. Kalief, the recent winner of OppenheimerFunds/NFTE National Youth Entrepreneurship Challenge, along with his brother Anthony, currently attending the Art Institute in Santa Monica, CA, are the founders of clothing line Phree Street Apparel. William, JAMAH’S In True Fashion Student Spokesperson and recent graduate of USC’s Marshall School of Business “Exploring Entrepreneurship,” is the founder of business network Will Corporations and organic burger concept Golden Bunz.

Together, the students and the strangers will aspire, inspire and be inspired.
